Systems Analyst

Responsibilities
- Participation in cross-sectional projects implemented with the IT Department
- Conducting analytical work
- Creating requirements specifications
- Verifying business needs for system implementation feasibility
- Developing new solutions in collaboration with the business client.
- Collaborating with programmers
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products by developing assumptions for software testing and acceptance, and supporting acceptance testing.
- Preparing IT architecture proposals
Requirements
- Higher education – Computer Science or related fields (e.g., technical, mathematical),
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst,
- Practical experience in identifying and managing user requirements and creating system specifications,
- Knowledge of relational databases: Oracle, Postgres, MSSQL,
- Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation,
- Experience and knowledge of solutions using ESB,
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architect,
- Knowledge of SOA architecture,
- Very good work organization.
- Highly developed skills in information gathering, analysis, and utilization.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and teamwork skills.
- Systematic approach to solving assigned tasks.
- Process building and optimization skills.
- Openness to change, searching for and creating new solutions.
- Professional experience in the finance and insurance sector is desirable.
