STAGES

The recruitment process
in Algomine is 100% remote.

Apply

It all starts when you send us your application

HR Call

An interview with our recruiter, during which you get to know our company and discuss your experience, motivations, and key issues important to you. The interview lasts from 30 to 45 minutes.

Warm-up meeting (optional)

We answer all of your questions at this stage. We share more details about projects and work in Algomine. The HR Manager, Delivery Director, or Member of the Management Board may be present during the meeting. Warm-up usually lasts 30 minutes via MS Teams.

Technical meeting

Undoubtedly the most important and interesting stage of the recruitment process in Algomine. The leader of the Data Science team or the Chief Data Scientist will ask you about your experience and introduce you to the details of current projects in Algomine. The meeting usually lasts from 40 to 60 minutes.

Feedback or offer

After the technical interview, the final decision will be made within a maximum of two weeks. You can always expect feedback from us to know which competence to strengthen in the future. At every stage of the process, the recruitment team is at your disposal.

Remember that we make an offer only to selected candidates who have a set of qualities and competencies required to work in our Data Science team.
